Your land search.
Your privacy.
Landosaur stores the information you choose to use in your account: your name and email, saved properties and searches, buying worksheets, requests, conversations and uploaded documents. Passwords are stored as password hashes.
What is public and what is private
Published listings, source records, land-price data and research pages are public. Your saved search, deal room, worksheets and documents belong to your signed-in account. Buyer–owner conversations are available to their participants. Buying-help requests are available to their requester and authorized Landosaur administrators who review them.
Contact preferences
A buying-help form can include contact details you choose to provide. Saving a request does not automatically send an email, call a phone number or transmit your details to an outside broker. Review the actual recipient and requested contact method before sharing personal information in a listing conversation.
Cookies and outside services
We use a first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. Map tiles are loaded from the map providers credited on the map, which receive the network information needed to deliver them. Opening an original listing takes you to that publisher's website and its own privacy practices. The hosting service processes request logs needed to operate the site.
Keeping your records
Saved records remain in persistent storage so that you can return to your search and purchase. Backups may retain earlier copies. You can manage saved properties and requests in your account. For account, document or privacy questions, create a private help request and identify what you want reviewed. Do not upload identification documents, bank credentials or other sensitive material that is unnecessary for your land search.
Landosaur does not include advertising trackers or automatic marketing email in this release. If the way we handle information changes, this page will be updated.
